With more than two decades of experience in intercollegiate athletics and Title IX, Kathryn is a trusted leader in campus compliance and response. She began her career as an Enforcement Representative at the NCAA national office and most recently served as a campus Title IX Coordinator, leading responses to allegations of sex-based misconduct. Kathryn has conducted comprehensive investigations involving students, faculty, and staff, advised institutional stakeholders on complex Title IX issues, and helped guide equitable, compliant resolution processes. In recognition of her expertise, she was appointed to the Illinois Governor's Task Force on Campus Sexual Misconduct Climate Surveys in 2022.
