Learn from Experts

Lin-Chi utilizes her experiences to help individuals, schools, and workplaces bridge civil rights’ compliance with humane approaches to achieve outcomes that are not just fair and equitable, but that also promote harm reduction and healing, with trauma-informed and culturally appropriate training and thinking. Prior to founding Wang Law, Lin-Chi served as the Director of Equity & Title IX Coordinator and Associate Dean of Students at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. In that role, she oversaw response and investigation of all institutional reports and complaints of identity-based discrimination and harassment, sexual misconduct, intimate partner violence, stalking, and retaliatory harassment as prohibited by college policies. She also served as the primary institutional investigator for such complaints. Susanna Murphy began her work as an independent Title IX advisor and investigator after 20 years of legal experience, first as a trial attorney and then as an investigator, in the criminal justice system. Susanna has served as an advisor for both complainants and respondents and as an independent investigator. She has also testified as an expert witness on Title IX investigations. She is mindful of the sensitive nature of these kinds of allegations and is skilled at making parties and witnesses as comfortable as possible while discussing topics of a very personal and sensitive nature. Susanna has provided comprehensive Title IX training on behalf of Title IX Solutions for institutions across the United States and provided sexual misconduct prevention programming to private secondary schools and organizations.
